Arroyo to visit Switzerland, Kuwait in late January

Malacañang on Thursday said President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is set to attend the World Economic Forum in Switzerland from January 25 to 26, her first foreign visit for 2007. After the economic meeting, the President would proceed to Kuwait for a state visit on January 27. This would be Mrs Arroyo’s second trip to Kuwait as president, the first one was on February 2 -4, 2003, while this would be her first visit to Switzerland as president. -GMA News.TV
