NASA's Joint Typhoon Warning Center has not classified Bising as a tropical depression, and has not yet named the weather disturbance.

"Fishing boats and other small seacrafts are advised not to venture out into the seaboards of Northern and Central Luzon and over the eastern seaboard of Southern Luzon and Visayas due to Tropical Depression Bising and the northeast monsoon," it said. Other parts of the country Meanwhile, PAGASA also said that Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon except Palawan should expect cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.
