PNoy declares May 13, Election Day, a non-working holiday

President Benigno Aquino III has declared May 13, the day of the midterm elections this year, as a special non-working holiday. Presidential spokesperson Edwin Lacierda made the announcement at a press briefing Wednesday afternoon.
