Dick Gordon, Gringo Honasan fighting for 12th spot in senatorial race

Gringo Honasan and Richard Gordon are fighting for the 12th and last spot in the 2013 senatorial race.
In the partial and official count of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) as of 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Honasan had 600,000 plus votes over Gordon:
- Honasan: 12,909,206 votes, and
- Gordon: 12,252,317 votes.
Those in the 14th and 15th slots are:
- Juan Miguel Zubiri with 11,544,658, and
- Juan Ponce Enrile with 11,253,382 votes.
Grace Poe is still leading the senatorial race with 19,828,262 votes, followed by Loren Legarda with 18,197,504 votes.
The 3rd spot is occupied by Alan Peter Cayetano who garnered 17,153,733; Francis Chiz Escudero with 17,071,568 (4th); Nancy Binay with 16,399,739 (5th); Juan Edgardo Angara 15,626,960 (6th); Benigno Bam Aquino with 15,123,026 (7th); Aquilino Koko Pimentel with 14,365,080 (8th)and Antonio Trillanes 13,785,975 (9th).
Team PNoy senate bet Cynthia Villar holds the 10th spot with 13,494,702 votes followed by JV Ejercito with 13,360,579.
The Comelec already proclaimed the top nine winning senators in the past two days.
No word has been issued on when the poll body will proclaim the remaining three winning senators that will complete the "Magic 12." – VVP/HS, GMA News
