Power outages in parts of Bohol, Cebu, Marinduque amid Yolanda's fury
Power outages and interruptions were experienced in parts of Southern Luzon and Visayas on Thursday night and Friday morning amid the fury of Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan).
Yolanda entered the Philippine area of responsibility early Thursday and made landfall on Eastern Visayas before dawn Friday.
As of Friday morning, power supply was cut in Tagbilaran City in Bohol, the Philippine Information Agency in Central Visayas reported.
In Cebu, the PIA also reported brownouts in Toledo City and Quiot, Pardo in Cebu City.BOHOL: No power now in Tagbilaran City.#pia7news

The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said power interruption was experienced in San Francisco in Camotes, Cebu, from 6 to 6:35 p.m. Thursday.
It added power interruption was noted as well in Torrijos and Buenavista in Marinduque from Thursday up to Friday morning.
Also, the NDRRMC said 26,675 families or 125,604 people were preemptively evacuated to 109 evacuation centers in 22 provinces while 2,087 passengers were stranded. — LBG, GMA News
