Sen. Jinggoy Estrada returns to PHL from US
(Updated 8:03 a.m.) Sen. Jinggoy Estrada, one of the personalities charged with plunder for the P10-billion pork barrel scam, returned to the country from the United States Monday night.
Estrada arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1, radio dzBB reported early Tuesday.
Estrada told radio dzBB he is going to face all the charges.
"Haharapin ko lahat itong mga kaso na pinaratang nila sa akin... Haharapin ko lahat ng mga kaso," Estrada said.
A report by GMA News' Hadji Rieta quoted him as saying he does not think lawyer Jessica "Gigi" Reyes, who returned to the country from the US last Saturday, would be a whistleblower.

"I don't think she (Gigi Reyes) came home to become a whistleblower, I know her," GMA's Rieta quoted Estrada as saying.
"Kumpiyansa ako na haharapin niya lahat ng mga kaso. Hindi siya mag-state witness," Estrada told radio dzBB.
Reyes, Senate minority leader Juan Ponce Enrile's former chief of staff, had returned to the country last Black Saturday and said she would face the charges against her.
Estrada and Reyes are among several personalities facing plunder charges over the scam involving the alleged siphoning of Priority Development Assistance Fund allocations to fake nongovernment organizations set up by trader Janet Lim-Napoles.
On the other hand, a separate report by dzBB's Paulo Santos said Estrada could go back to the US.
"Medical experts saw hidden fracture on my left knee. I might go back in US on July this year," Estrada said. —Joel Locsin/KG, GMA News
