Former Senator Panfilo Lacson has already transmitted to the Senate blue ribbon committee his copy of the controversial list of pork barrel scam conspirators supposedly prepared by Janet Lim-Napoles, the alleged mastermind of the anomaly.
In an interview on Tuesday, Senate blue ribbon committee Teofisto Guingona III confirmed that Lacson's copy of the so-called "Napolist" is already with his panel.
"We will be giving copies to all senators, plus for the media... We will release it. We're reproducing it," Guingona told reporters.
He, however, did not mention when his committee will tackle the document submitted by Lacson in a Senate hearing.
Lacson earlier narrated how Napoles' husband, retired Marine Major Jaime Napoles, and their two children, approached him with a list of senators allegedly involved in the pork barrel scam, along with other documents.
On Monday night, Lacson indicated that four other senators are on Napoles' list: Senators Miriam Defensor Santiago, Francis Escudero, Gregorio Honasan II, and Senate Majority Leader Alan Peter Cayetano.
Santiago, Escudero and Cayetano have categorically denied dealing with Napoles involving their discretionary funds.
The Senate blue ribbon committee has also subpoenaed Justice Secretary Leila de Lima's copy of the so-called "Napolist." De Lima had said she will comply with the subpoena.
On Sunday, President Benigno Aquino III revealed that Napoles actually gave three different lists of her supposed conspirators to authorities.
Aquino said he has seen two of the lists: one sent to him by Napoles, and the other given to De Lima. The third list was the one given to Lacson by Napoles' camp, Aquino said. — Andreo Calonzo/RSJ, GMA News
