Napoles’ daughter, son post bail for graft charges

The son and daughter of alleged pork barrel scam brains Janet Lim Napoles on Friday posted bail before the Sandiganbayan Third Division for the graft charges they are facing in connection with the multi-billion anomaly.
Jo Christine and James Christopher, co-accused in Senate Minority Leader Juan Ponce Enrile's case, both signed a surety bond from insurance companies Alpha Insurance and Surety Co., and Far Eastern Surety and Insurance Co. for their bail.
The bail was set at P450,000 each.
Aside from the Napoleses, the following co-accused have also signed a surety bond:

Aside from the Napoleses, the following co-accused have also signed a surety bond:
- Nitz Cabilao (P450,000)
- Fernando Ramirez (P450,000)
- Jesus Castillo (P30,000)
- Dorilyn Fabian (P60,000)
- Renato Ornopia (P90,000)
Their surety bond has been approved, Third Division clerk of court Dennis Palma noted.
The five worked for Napoles and served as officers of her NGOs that were allegedly selected and endorsed by the senators to implement their projects.
They executed memoranda of agreement relative to these undertakings in behalf of the alleged fake organizations and acknowledged receipt of the checks from PDAF releases issued by the National Livelihood Development Corp., National Agribusiness Corp., and Technology Resource Center. — RSJ/JDS, GMA News
