Results of Optometrist, Forester Licensure Exams out

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Friday released the results of the recent licensure examinations for optometrists and foresters.

A total of 111 out of 118 passed the Optometrist Licensure Examination, and nine out of 12 examinees passed the Special Certification Examination in Ocular Pharmacology for Optometrists, the PRC said.

The PRC also said that 345 out of 856 passed the Forester Licensure Examination.

All exams were given this month.

Meanwhile, the nine who passed the Special Certification Examination in Ocular Pharmacology for Optometrists are:

For the new foresters, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on August 5, while for the new optometrists it will be on July 22, the PRC said. —KBK, GMA News
