The Bureau of Immigration can move to deport Marc Sueselbeck, the German fiance of the late Jeffrey "Jennifer" Laudé, if a complaint is filed against him for climbing into a restricted area in Camp Aguinaldo, the bureau said Thursday.

"We have to wait for the transmittal of the incident report. Ngayon kapag nalaman namin, let's say whatever he did doon sa Camp Aguinaldo that can be considered as undesirable act, he would properly charged for deportation," Immigration Commissioner Siegfred Mison told reporters.

He said that the bureau cannot charge Sueselbeck, who flew to the Philippines after Laude was found dead in an inn in Olongapo City earlier this month, unless it receives an official copy of a complaint.

On Wednesday, Sueselback and Laude's sister Marilou climbed a fence at Camp Aguinaldo in an attempt to confront US Marine Pfc. Joseph Scott Pemberton, the suspect in Laude's death.

Sueselbeck was seen on news reports pushing a Filipino soldier aside.

The Armed Forces of the Philippines has said it will take action over Sueselbeck's "misbehavior" and will write the German Embassy about it.

“Sueselbeck assaulted a person in authority, the on-duty Filipino soldier guarding the holding facility. He forcefully shoved said soldier after climbing the perimeter fence,” AFP Public Affairs Office chief Lt. Col. Harold Cabunoc said Thursday.

In a statement through his lawyer Harry Roque, Sueselbeck said he "wishes to apologize to the Filipino Marine guarding the outer reaches of the facility he unintentionally ran against."

He said he "blanked out" and was overcome by emotion. He also said he is "ready to face the consequences of what he did." — JDS, GMA News
