PNoy, Binay at flag-raising in Rizal Day rites

President Benigno Aquino III and Vice President Jejomar Binay on Tuesday led the flag-raising ceremony at the Rizal Park to mark the 118th anniversary of national hero Dr. Jose Rizal's martyrdom.

 

Aquino and Binay led the ceremonies at about 7:30 a.m., as shown in a photo tweeted by GMA News' Isay Reyes.
