San Pedro proclaimed Muntinlupa mayor; Biazon, congressman

The city board of canvasser of Muntinlupa on Wednesday night proclaimed Aldrin San Pedro as elected mayor and Rozzano Biazon as representative of the lone district of the city, radio DZBB reported.
