Rules and regulations in implementing Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012

Government agencies on Wednesday finalized the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act, three years after President Benigno Aquino III signed it into law and more than a year after the Supreme Court upheld its constitutionality.

Here is a copy of the Republic Act 10175's IRR as approved by the Department of Justice and the Department of Science and Technology.
