SET makes public dissenting opinions on ruling favoring Poe

The Senate Electoral Tribunal on Saturday made public the separate dissenting opinions of the three Justices in the nine-member election court after it junked on November 17 the petition to disqualify Senator Grace Poe over citizenship issue.
