Certified list of national candidates for 2016 polls

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Monday released the certified list of candidates for national elective posts in the May 9 elections.

The list was officially made public on the same day the Comelec started the printing of nearly 57 million ballots.

There are six names for president, including that of the late OFW Family party-list Rep. Roy Señeres, who was retained amid unresolved issues on substitution.

Despite pending disqualification proceedings, the names of Sen. Grace Poe and Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte are also in the list.

There are six candidates for vice president, 50 names for senator and 115 party-list groups.
