Trillanes told Balitanghali in an interview that instead of a waiver, Duterte's lawyer, Salvador Panelo, asked the bank for a copy of the account balances of the mayor's bank accounts.
Trillanes and Panelo met at the Julia Vargas branch earlier. Panelo brought a special power of attorney signed by Duterte.
Panelo had downplayed the affidavit presented by Trillanes.
