VP Robredo visits home province after oath-taking in Quezon City
Vice President Leni Robredo arrived in her home province Camarines Sur early Saturday morning to catch up with a thanksgiving party and some important occasions in the Bicol region.
GMA News stringer Michael Biando said VP Leni arrived by passenger bus at the Bicol Central Station in Naga City at about 5:30 a.m.
Loud applause and warm greetings welcomed Leni as she took off the bus at the station.
Part of the day's schedule for VP Leni is a visit to the Naga Central School, the Bicol Indian Sikh Temple, and the Naga City Hall.
She is scheduled for a luncheon meeting at the Unibersidad de Santa Isabel, and another meeting at the University of Nueva Caceres.
By 5p.m., the Vice President will grace the Bicol victory party which will be held at Plaza Quezon.
