Duterte: Chinese nationals, 40 judges in third drug list
President Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday dropped more hints about the contents of his latest drug list.
Speaking at Camp Elias Angeles in Pili, Camarines Sur, he said the new list includes Chinese nationals and around 40 judges.
“Ang kaibigan nating mga Chinese, but there is one page here… Judges, there are about 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 ... 40, distributed all around,” the President said before reading out the names of Chinese nationals from his narco-list.
Duterte also mentioned a “Diana Lagman,” but he did not specify her designation or role in the proliferation of drugs in the country. He then uttered “Pampanga” right after saying her name.
He had earlier said there were more than a thousand names in the list.
Asked to clarify the names Duterte mentioned, Communications Secretary Martin Andanar said he would ask the president when they meet.
"PRRD [Duterte] keeps the records close to his chest. I will ask PRRD once I see him," he said in a text message to reporters.
Duterte promised that the police and military would receive a copy of the list.
“Bigyan ko kayo ng kopya kayong Armed Forces, pati ang mga pulis, bigay ko sa kanilang hepe. Bahala na kayo. Bahala na. Ako, hindi ko alam ko ano talaga kung—kaya ko kung medyo patagalin pa ako dito,” he said. —JST, GMA News
