Duterte visits wounded cop in Bacolod 

Sunday was no rest day for the President. 

Amid the Masskara festivities, President Rodrigo Duterte visited a cop wounded in action in Bacolod City. 

PO1 Robert John Arzaga had been confined at the Riverside Medical Hospital. He was wounded while serving a search warrant against the 53-year old Harold Valenciano, a leader of an armed group from Zamboanga Sibugay.

While they were about to serve the warrant, the suspects fought back when they saw the Philippine National Police. Two suspects died, an armed suspect escaped, but Valenciano was arrested. Six firearms were confiscated from the group.
