LTFRB gets new executive director

President Rodrigo Duterte has named a new executive director of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB).

Augustine Vestil Jr. was appointed on March 7. He succeeded Roberto Cabrera III who became the head of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in 2016.

Duterte also appointed three other officials on Tuesday. They are the following:

Teresita dela Peña-Yñiguez - LTFRB Director II

Ricardo de Leon - Philippine Public Safety College president

Ernesto Santiago Gonzalez - National Meat Inspection Service executive director
