Teaser of Duterte talk show released on Palace’s social media

Malacañang appears set to launch of President Rodrigo Duterte's own talk show as it posted a video plug of the Chief Executive’s TV program on its social media channels on Wednesday.

Dubbed “Mula sa Masa, Para sa Masa,” the show is an incarnation on the national stage of Duterte’s own local TV show when he was still the mayor of Davao City, “Gikan sa Masa Para sa Masa.”

The latter aired every Sunday. 

“The aim is to communicate the policies of the Duterte Administration to the masses. Straight from the President himself,” Communications Secretary Martin Andanar said in a text message to reporters.

However, the show has no exact air date yet, but Andanar said that it will air “very soon”.

It will be aired on People’s Television Network and posted on Presidential Communications and Mula sa Masa Para sa Masa Facebook pages.

Duterte will be co-hosted by PTV-4 Malacañang reporter, Rocky Ignacio. —NB, GMA News
