Duterte appoints Lorraine Badoy as PCOO Usec

President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed Social Welfare and Development Asec. Lorraine Badoy as undersecretary at the Presidential Communications Operations Office.

PCOO Sec. Martin Andanar said Badoy will be the undersecretary for new media and the spokesperson of the department.

Andanar released her appointment paper, signed by Duterte on October 19, on Monday.

"We welcome Undersecretary Lorraine Badoy to the Presidential Communications Operations Office family.
