PHLPost opens hotline for queries, complaints

The Philippine Postal Corporation has launched a hotline to assist customers' inquiries and complaints.

In a statement, the PHLPost said it opened last Friday its Customer Helpdesk number (02) 288-POST (2887678) in a bid to "offer an improved service to its customers."

“This project is for customer assistance on inquiry and complaints regarding PHLPost products and services,” Luis Carlos, Assistant Postmaster General for Marketing and Management Support Services and the Project Manager of the hotline scheme said.

The track and trace project aims to assist customers and provide them accurate information to their availed mail services nationwide, according to PHLPost.

The public can also dial the number to inquire anything about PHLPost’s offered products and services.

"As business processes in modern times are declining due to the continuing expansion of technology, PHLPost Customer Helpdesk is developed to go with timely service. This is a bold initiative for PHLPost’s management and hopes for a better result from this project," it said. —Ted Cordero/LBG, GMA News
