FDA warns vs. unregistered food supplements currently on the market

Food and Drug Administration (FDA) warned the public against buying food supplements that are not registered and which may not be safe to use, according to a report on Super Radyo dzBB on Sunday.

The unregistered food supplements were:
- Nitrex Research Lipo-6 Black Hers Ultra Concentrate dietary supplement
- Dok Apo Pro Kidney Herbal Capsules
- Lumi Glutathione Dietary Supplement
According to FDA, these supplements did not undergo the verification process and safety procedure.
