BI urges passengers to head to airport early this Holy Week
Immigration officials have encouraged air passengers to head to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) earlier than scheduled, in anticipation of the influx of passengers during the Holy Week.
Passengers should be at the airport three to four hours before their time of departure, because long queues are expected this Holy Week, the Bureau of Immigration said.
Also, the BI said it has added 57 immigration officers at the NAIA to address the increase in the volume of passengers this Lenten season. —Jon Viktor Cabuenas LBG, GMA News
