30 pass mechanical engineer exam held in Middle East; 4 pass test for certified plant mechanics

Thirty out of 121 test takers have passed the medical engineer licensure examination while four out of nine test takers passed the certified plant mechanic licensure examination given by the Board of Mechanical Engineering in several places in the Middle East last month, the Professional Regulation Commission said.

According to the PRC, the exams were given in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; in Al-Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; in Manama, Bahrain; in Doha, Qatar; and in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. 

"The result of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld pending final determination of his liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examination," the PRC added.

The four who passed the certified plant mechanic licensure examination are:
