Ex-Comelec chair Sixto Brillantes Jr. COVID-19 positive, says former staff

Former chair of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) Sixto Brillantes Jr. has tested positive for COVID-19, his former staff Emil Marañon said on Twitter on Saturday.

Marañon said that his former  boss Brillantes badly needs prayers.

My old boss, mentor and second father Sixto Brillantes Jr. was diagnosed with COVID19 and he badly needs our prayer.
