Taguig cautions vs. people offering vaccination slots

The Taguig government on Tuesday warned the public against people offering their inoculation slots, reiterating that only those with confirmed slots with the City  Health Office will be accommodated in the vaccination center.

In a statement, the city government warned that people offering their vaccination slots online will face criminal complaints.

It also reminded the public that vaccine registration is free and can be done through the Taguig TRACE system.

"Taguig strictly follows the vaccine priority list set by DOH as they are the ones most vulnerable to the virus. The City never uses social media to make appointments and confirm schedules for vaccination," it added.

The locality has so far logged a total of 24,093 confirmed cases of COVID-19, with 794 active cases, 23,078 recoveries and 221 fatalities. -MDM, GMA News
