130 more PNP personnel test positive for COVID-19

At least 130 more personnel of the Philippine National Police (PNP) have tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), bringing the total tally to 27,281, according to the agency on Friday.

The PNP also reported additional 172 recoveries bringing the tally to 25,524  while the death toll remained at 72.

At present, there are 1,685 active cases in the agency.

The Philippines has reported a total of 1,385,053 confirmed cases. Of this, 55,293 are still active, 1,305,608 have recovered, and 24,152 have died.—Joahna Lei Casilao/LDF, GMA News
