Philippines gets 2nd batch of US-donated J&J COVID-19 vaccines
A batch of 1.6 million doses of the Johnson and Johnson (J&J) anti-COVID-19 vaccine donated by the United States government have arrived in the Philippines.
According to Radyo dzBB's Jhomer Apresto, the Emirates flight carrying the vaccines landed at around 4:06 p.m.

This is part of the 3.2 million doses of the single-shot J&J vaccine that were donated by the US through the COVAX facility.
On Friday, the Philippines received a total of 1,606,000 doses.
Meanwhile, the country has logged a total of 1.5 million infections, of which 1,428,504 have recovered and 26,598 have died. —LBG, GMA News
