Her Excellency Ms. Myla Grace Ragenia Macahilig met with Pope Francis on Saturday to present her credential letters before she officially begins her role as the Ambassador of the Philippines to the Holy See with concurrent jurisdiction over the Sovereign Order of Malta.

Macahilig is a former Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Assistant Secretary in its financial management services.
