318 pass December 2021 CPA licensure exams

A total of 318 out of 1,454 takers or 15.25% passed the December 2021 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure examinations, the the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) reported on Wednesday.

The CPA exams were conducted from December 16 to December 18, 2021 in testing centers in the National Capital Region by the Board of Accountancy. They were initially scheduled for October 2021 but were suspended as Metro Manila was placed under Alert Level System 4, the strictest form of alert level status.

However, testing centers  in Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, San Fernando, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga pushed through with the October CPA exams. A total of 361 out of 2,367 takers or 15.25% passed the exam.
