National University grad tops January architecture licensure exams


The University of Santo Tomas was the best performing school at this month's architecture licensure examinations, but a National University graduate had the highest score among the successful test takers, the Professional Regulation Commission revealed.

According to the PRC, 1,370 out of 2,205 test takers passed the examinations held in 11 cities across the Philippines. Shaunn Remzzo Tupa Blanco of National University-Manila was the topnotcher with an 83.50% rating, followed by Lance Nathan Yap Lim of University of the Philippines-Diliman (83.10%), and Gellie Ann Raro Almacin of Adamson University (82%). Six of the 12 exam takers in the top 10 were from UP Diliman, while the top performing school was UST with 124 of its 141 examinees passing.
