Some NCR restaurants remove tables barriers ahead of Alert Level 1
By GMA News
Some restaurants have removed the clear acrylic barriers on their tables meant to keep the transmission of the COVID-19 virus among their patrons.
According to Ian Cruz's report on "24 Oras", reminders on tables and chairs for customers to skip some seats have also been taken away.
These developed as Metro Manila's businesses prepared for the deescalation of the COVID-19 alert to Level 1 starting March 1.
The alert level will be in force until March 15.
"Hopefully, dumami 'yung mga lalabas na naman na mga guest," restaurant cluster manager Raphael Mariñas told GMA News.
"Of course, lagi ring aalahanin 'yung mga safety measures natin," he added. —NB, GMA News
