Release date of bar results known Tuesday, April 5, 2022

The Supreme Court will announce on Tuesday the release date of the results of the 2020-2021 bar examinations, Associate Justice Marvic Leonen has said.

Without giving details, Leonen quelled “unverified stories” related to the exam results and assured recent bar takers to “rest easy”.

“We will make an announcement tomorrow as to when the bar results will come out and the schedule of the oath taking for new lawyers,” the bar chairman said Monday on Twitter.

“Rest easy and no need to make yourself anxious from the unverified stories you are receiving,” he added.

Held on February 4 and February 6, the 2020/2021 bar examination was the first digitalized and localized licensure exam in the country.

It was conducted in 31 testing sites across 22 local government units in the Philippines.

It posted a 96.5 percent turnout — one of the biggest turnouts even with the COVID-19 pandemic. —NB, GMA News
