VP-elect Sara Duterte attends thanksgiving Mass before her inauguration

Vice President-elect Sara Duterte arrived at the San Pedro Cathedral for a thanksgiving Mass before her inauguration ceremony at 4:30 p.m., according to a report by GMA News Regional TV.

Duterte was seen wearing a green Filipiniana gown and was taking selfies with her supporters before the Mass started.

Her gown was created by Davao-based designer Silverio Anglacer.

Duterte will be sworn into office as the 15th vice president of the Philippines by Supreme Court Associate Justice Ramon Paul Hernando.

Sara's father, President Rodrigo Duterte, and her running mate President-elect Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. are expected to attend the inauguration. — DVM, GMA News
