Son of ex-DOTr chief Tugade named acting MIAA general manager

The Office of the Press Secretary on Wednesday said Jose Arturo Maddela Tugade has been named acting general manager of the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA).

Tugade, son of former Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade, will replace Cesar Chiong.
