UP Diliman grad is lone passer in December 2022 Real Estate Consultant Licensure Exam

A graduate of the University of the Philippines-Diliman emerged as the lone passer in the Real Estate Consultant Licensure Examination given last December, according to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

Ma. Dani Vi Patal Edrad passed the said exam, the PRC said.

A total of 17 examinees took the examination given by the Board of Real Estate Service in Manila and Cebu last December 7 (written) and January 9 to 13 (revalida), it added.

The PRC said registration for the issuance of a professional identification card and certificate of registration will be done online from February 27 to 28.

Meanwhile, details of the oath taking ceremony for the successful examinee will be announced later, it said. —KG, GMA Integrated News
