Work suspended in some courts due to Egay — SC

Work in some courts for Tuesday, July 25, has been suspended due to the effects of Super Typhoon Egay, according to the Supreme Court (SC).

In separate tweets, the SC said the following courts suspended work:

  • Aparri, Cagayan Regional Trial Court and Municipal Trial Court
  • Aparri, Cagayan Municipal Circuit Trial Court
  • Tuguegarao City Municipal Trial Court in Cities

Meanwhile, the High Court said work in all courts in Batanes has been suspended from Tuesday to Wednesday, July 26.

Classes have also been suspended in some areas due to the typhoon.

PAGASA earlier said that Egay may make landfall or pass very close to the Babuyan Islands-northeastern mainland Cagayan area between late Tuesday evening and Wednesday afternoon. — Joahna Lei Casilao/RSJ, GMA Integrated News
