Man dies after falling down elevator shaft

A man died after falling down an elevator shaft of a building in Manila.

According to a “24 Oras” report Friday, an investigation found that the elevator door was malfunctioning and opened even without an elevator car present.

The victim fell four floors. He was rushed to hospital but he passed away.
