Megalotto 6/45 jackpot won at end of long weekend

One winner ended the last day of the long weekend by winning over P42 million after hitting the Megalotto 6/45 jackpot.

The bettor won P42,024,785.20 with the combination 06-23-25-29-22-36.

There was no winner in the other major lotto draw on Monday, the Grand Lotto 6/55.

The combination 51-32-11-19-40-10 would have won for a bettor P29.7 million.

Meanwhile, the PCSO said a 50-year-old who played the lotto for almost 30 years hit the Megalotto 6/45 jackpot on Nov. 6, winning more than P107.5 million.

The winner who bought his ticket from a lotto outlet in Barangay Pinyahan, QC won with the combination 13-31-16-01-25-10.

The numbers he chose were based on the birthdates of his loved ones.

The PCSO said the winner had doubts over hitting the jackpot but continued to bet on the lotto to help the agency's charity program.

The winner planned to invest in businesses and set aside an amount for his savings.—NB, GMA Integrated News
