4,436 pass registered electrical engineers licensure exam, 629 pass master electricians exam

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Thursday released the results of the April 2024 licensure examinations for registered electrical engineers and master plumbers, as well as the results of the technical evaluation for upgrading to professional electrical engineers

According to the PRC, 4,436 passed the registered electrical engineers licensure exam, while 629 passed the master electricians exam.

In the top spot or the electrical engineers exam with a score of 95% is Raymond Omboy Geoman of the Cebu Institute of Technology-University, while the top performing school with 50 or more test takers is the University of Batangas with a 96.20% passing rate.

The topnotcher in the master electricians exam, meanwhile, is Mariclaire Baingan Larugal of Isabela State University-Ilagan, with a score of 92.5%.

The Ñ follows the Z in these alphabetical listings, so a person with the surname Paña, for instance, will be listed after a person with the surname Patrona.
