Marcos names Hilario Paredes as new BCDA chair

President Ferdinand ''Bongbong'' Marcos Jr. has appointed Hilario Bringas Paredes as the new chairman of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA).

This was confirmed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin to Palace reporters on Tuesday. His appointment paper was dated October 28, 2024.
