Erwin Tulfo tops Pulse Asia January 2025 survey

ACT-CIS party-list Representative Erwin Tulfo emerged as the frontrunner of voters' preferred senatorial candidates based on a Pulse Asia survey.

Based on the survey conducted from January 18 to January 25, Tulfo is still at the top of the senatorial preference for Eleksyon 2025, with 62.8% of the respondents expressing support for his candidacy. He was followed by Senator Bong Go and ex-Senator Tito Sotto in second and third place with 50.4% and 50.2% voter preference, respectively.

At least 2,400 Filipino adults participated in the survey through face-to-face interviews. It has a sampling error margin of ±2% at the 95% confidence level.

The list of senatorial candidates based on voters' preference for Eleksyon 2025 is as follows:

Erwin Tulfo (Lakas) — 62.8%

Bong Go (PDPLBN) — 50.4%

Tito Sotto (NPC) — 50.2%

Ben Tulfo (IND) — 46.2%

Pia Cayetano (NP) — 46.1%

Bong Revilla (LAKAS) — 46%

Imee Marcos (NP) — 43.3%

Ping Lacson (IND) — 42.4%

Willie Revillame (IND) — 41.9%

Abby Binay (NPC) — 41.1%

“Apart from Mr. Ben Tulfo and Mr. Willie Revillame, all the probable winners are either incumbent or former members of Congress. Furthermore, ten of those with a statistical chance of winning are running under the national administration's Alyansa Para sa Bagong Pilipinas,” the poll firm said.
