Palace appoints Luis Pañgulayan as new CSC Commissioner

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Monday named Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) undersecretary Luis Meinrado Pañgulayan as the new commissioner of the Civil Service Commission.

In a document issued by Malacañang, Pañgulayan was appointed ad interim commissioner with a term expiring on February 2, 2032.

He will replace Commissioner Aileen Lourdes Lizada.

Before his appointment, Pañgulayan served as DAR undersecretary for Policy, Planning and Research Office. —Mariel Celine Serquiña/LDF, GMA Integrated News
