PH Christian University grad tops real estate brokers licensure exam

A graduate of the Philippine Christian University-Manila achieved the highest score in the real estate brokers licensure examination held earlier this month.

According to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 1,306 out of 1,741 test takers passed the exam, given by the Board of Real Estate Service at test centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Tacloban.

Russell De Guzman Buencamino of Philippine Christian University-Manila was the highest scorer with a 91.50% result, while the top performing school with 30 or more test takers was iAcademy Inc., with 33 of its 35 examinees passing.
