Relative of 2-year-old survivor of SCTEX crash arrives at hospital
A relative of a 2-year-old boy who lost both his parents in a multiple-vehicle collision on the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) has finally arrived at the Tarlac Provincial Hospital on Thursday evening.
Ten people including four children were killed when a bus plowed into vehicles in line at the Tarlac City Toll Plaza earlier in the day.
According to Jaime Santos’ live report in “State of the Nation,” the child's relative said that they were still in shock over the tragedy. The boy and his parents were headed to Baguio for vacation.
The tests conducted on the toddler showed normal results, but it was recommended that he be transferred to a hospital to be near his family. He has been crying for his mother.
