4Ps, ACT-CIS top party-list SWS survey
A recent Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey showed that party-list groups 4Ps and ACT-CIS have dominated the party-list preference for Eleksyon 2025.
The survey, conducted from May 2 to 6, 2025, indicated that 4Ps was still the leading choice among Filipino voters with 7.67%.
It is followed by ACT-CIS with 6.63%, which was about 3 percentage points higher than the support they received in the previous month.
Meanwhile, Duterte Youth went down to the 3rd spot in May from being 2nd in April after its support went down from 7.32% to 5.88%.
On the other hand, Solid North Party climbed to 4th this May after getting 3.65% support, according to SWS.
One of the biggest gainers of voting preference this month is LPGMA, which climbed from 84th in April to 5th this month after obtaining 3.04% voting preference.
Senior Citizens, meanwhile, was in 6th place with 2.69%, the poll showed.
Regional party-list groups such as Ako Bicol and Tingog were in 7th and 8th place, respectively.
According to SWS, Ako Bicol gained 2.44% support, while Tingog obtained 2.35% voting preference.
FPJ Panday Bayanihan was in 9th place with 2.14%, while Nanay rounded out the top ten with 1.92% voting preference.

The survey, commissioned by Stratbase, used face-to-face interviews of 1,800 registered voters (18 years old and above) nationwide: 300 in Metro Manila, 900 in Balance Luzon (or Luzon outside Metro Manila), 300 in the Visayas, and 300 in Mindanao.
The sampling error margins are ±2.31% for national percentages, ±3.27% for Balance Luzon, and ±5.66% each for Metro Manila, the Visayas and Mindanao.
Recognizable Branding
In a press release, Stratbase Group President Dindo Manhit said the survey results have indicated that groups with strong and recognizable branding continue to dominate the party-list polls.
He said that leading groups have been connecting with voters through clear advocacies, regional representation, or association with prominent names.
“Party-lists like 4Ps and Senior Citizens are doing well because their advocacies speak directly to defined sectors. We also see the impact of name recall in groups like Duterte Youth and FPJ Panday Bayanihan, which are clearly benefiting from their association with well-known personalities,” he said.
“Regional groups such as Ako Bicol, Tingog, LPGMA, and Nanay are also ranking high, largely because they draw support from strong local bases. Many of these groups benefit from the backing of political patrons or nominees who are well-known in their regions. Their performance in the surveys reflects the effectiveness of organizing within their bailiwicks,” Manhit added. —VAL, GMA Integrated News
