Marcos wants upskilling to improve AI literacy —Palace

President Ferdinand ''Bongbong'' Marcos Jr. has met with the Private Sector Advisory Council-Education and Job Sector Group regarding artificial intelligence upskilling for students. 

Palace Press Officer Undersecretary Atty. Claire Castro said on Thursday that AI upskilling would help expand AI literacy in the country. 

''Makakatulong ang upskilling initiative gamit ang AI upang mapalawig ang AI literacy sa bansa,'' Castro said.

(The AI upskilling initiative will improve AI literacy in the country.) 

''Ihahanda rin ang mga empleyado para sa isang AI-powered future at palalakasin ang kapasidad ng bansa hindi lang sa paggamit kung hindi sa paggawa ng AI systems,'' she added.

(The employees will be ready for an AI-powered future to strengthen the country's capacity in crafting AI systems.) 

Aside from AI upskilling, the student-work immersion will also be developed. —AOL, GMA Integrated News
