Marcos OKs resignation of PCO senior official

President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. has accepted the resignation of Presidential Communications Office Senior Undersecretary Analisa "Ana'' Puod.

This was confirmed by Palace Press Officer Undersecretary Atty. Claire Castro in a press briefing on Friday. 

Puod’s resignation was announced by Castro on June 17. 

The former official had said her resignation was based on the ''untenable condition'' within the current leadership of the PCO. 

She also thanked Marcos Jr. for the trust and confidence he had reposed on her and for the opportunity to be of service to the Marcos administration. —AOL, GMA Integrated News
